Through The CFO Centre and privately, I’ve sat in the finance chair for fourteen-plus companies across North America: trucking, logistics, construction, med-tech, SaaS. Early stage to $200M in revenue, about $1B combined. The work: making the numbers real, structuring capital and cap tables, restructurings, audits, M&A, and getting deals closed. I build the machinery too: the models, dashboards and reporting systems a management team can run without me.
I’ve run companies, not just counted them. I co-founded VoodooPC and grew it 8× from cashflow at 30% margins before HP acquired it, built HP’s global gaming e-business inside a $40B division, helped structure patents into an investable asset class at Intellectual Ventures, and secured $100M as CFO of OKR Financial.
